Last Christmas, Maramures revealed us its beauties once again. Its wonderful people, traditions and places delighted us and our friends from far away India. There, on Christmas day, women and men are proud to wear at the church the traditional costumes. Children joyfully sing carols and perform Viflaim, a play about Christmas. People there gladly invite us to their homes to talk and taste the food they made for this event. They taught us again that Christmas is the time when the fire of hospitality is ignited in the house and the flame of goodness in the soul.
